„Fees do not apply to students from the EU/EEA/Switzerland. Students from within the EU/EEA and Switzerland are entitled to free education in Sweden and remain unaffected by the introduction of fees. In addition, students coming to Sweden as part of an exchange agreement – regardless of nationality – are exempt from both application and tutiton fees.”

Studenţii din UE au dreptul să locuiască pe o perioadă mai lungă de 3 luni în Suedia, însă nu mai târziu de 3 luni după intrarea în ţară trebuie să se înscrie la Migration Board şi să dovedească motivul pentru care locuiesc acolo, în cazul acesta studiile.
